Classic Cask 43%, Lark’s signature Tasmanian whisky, is a timeless single malt with hints of orange peel, vanilla bean, Christmas cake and golden syrup. Once you take a sip, the sweetness of butterscotch, the tartness of grapefruit and the earthiness of cloves will hit your tongue. The butterscotch and citrus linger while the finish is a smoky strand of Tasmanian peat.

The Christmas Cask 2023 44.6%, is a limited edition based on the Gold award winning recipe of 2022 Christmas cask release (Global Whisky Masters 2023). It exudes a festive aroma of caramelized orange, nutmeg, and dried fruits. Its rich palate delights with rich toffee, marzipan, and fresh gingerbread, culminating in a heartwarming and buttery finish.

Rebellion 44%, is the renegade, Chinotto seasoned casks. Aromas of zesty orange with custard and lemon meringue. Palate of candied citrus peels, vibrant cola and buttery malt developing towards soft orange custard with a dusting of cinnamon. Finish with lemon meringue pie with flashes of zest and spice.
