Kilkerran Heavily Peated Batch 9 Single Malt Whisky

The Kilkerran 'Heavily Peated' is an annual, Limited Edition release, distilled at the Glengyle Distillery in Campbeltown. The ninth batch of this highly popular expression was released in 2023. It has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks and bottled at cask strength.

    Nose:    A good dose of farm air, straw bales, peat, smoke, apple, pear, lychee, pineapple, coconut, white peach and salty.

    Taste:    Honey, pear, lychee, coconut, pineapple, white peach, peat, salt, ginger and pepper.

    Finish:    Medium, ginger, pepper, minerals, lychee and pineapple.
