This limited-edition single malt from Kilchoman was aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and Pedro Ximenez casks. The result is a well-balanced whisky that showcases the distillery’s smoky, fruity, briny and lively character, along with extra dried fruit and caramel sweetness from the PX casks.
Released in celebration of the 75th anniversary of Land Rover – created by Spencer Wilks, the distillery co-owner Kathy Wills’ grandfather – and the launch of the Classic Defender Works V8 Islay Edition. Inspired by the original registration serial number of Land Rover Series Ila, this release is limited to only 639 bottles worldwide.
